The South New City of Southern Nanjing Project which is the first EPC project of CTCE Group has officially signed on March 9th. Zhang Xian who is the Vice President of China Railway Group Limited and Wang Chuanlin who is the General Management of CTCE Group attended the signing ceremony together.
This project is north to the No.2 Airport Road (not included), south to the Beltway, east to the south line of Medicago Garden Street and west to the No.1 Jia Gang Road (not included), covering an area of about 2.45 square kilometers. The cost of this project is 3.6 billion RMB.
There are 22 municipal roads of this project, including 1 trunk road, 6 secondary trunk roads, 8 branches and 7 characteristic streets; 14 bridges; 3 interchange bridges; 9 utility tunnels divided into single and double tunnel with a total of 10.11 km; 3 regulated rivers of a total length of about 6.07 km; and 2016m2 of underground space, including 12 underground driveway and 1 pedestrian passageway.
