January 12 in Luanda, Luanda base project constructed by CTEC Group officially passed the final acceptance and successfully transferred, marking the first project signed cooperation to achieve the successful ending.
This project is located in Luanda’s VIANA high-tech industrial development district of Angola. It is an EPC general contracting model construction that total cost 13 million 380 thousand dollars. Construction contents include portal frame light steel structure warehouse, frame structure buildings, reinforced concrete living buildings and outdoor yard, loading and unloading area, cleaning plant, parking lot, roads, water supply and drainage, electrical, monitoring and other facilities. The total construction area is 16,014.6 square meters.
