On October 9, CTCE Group had held the ceremony of “Baihebaile and Xiaodongluzhou” project in the healthy pension district of Chaohu Half Island of China, which marked CTCE Group had officially started the pension industry construction. This project is located in the beautiful Chaohu Half Island, and planned the total area of 2000 mu, including construction land of 500 mu, forest waters such as circulation land of 1400 mu, and a total investment of 5 billion RMB. This project based on the Chinese traditional family culture concept and provided a variety of levels of continuity of pension services with the help of the platforms called “old residence, the medical nursing services, intelligence management”. This project aims at making a pastoral family endowment demonstration community.
