On July 1, the Corporate University of CTCE Group had been founded. Zhang Hechuan who is the chairman and the Party secretary of CTCE Group is the Party secretary of this University, and Wang Chuanlin who is the general manager of CTCE Group is the president of university. The reason for founding Corporate University aims at speeding up the pace to develop the construction of first-class modern enterprise group and transformative and upgrade the enterprise powerful intellectual support and talent guarantee. The university will rely on 4 strategies which are strategic engine, talents’ growth camp, knowledge processing plants and learning ecosystem. It also tries to promote the training into learning, transform personal learning for organizational leasing and the learning activities into a solution. Each subsidiary (branch) company of CTCE Group has successively set up the branch of this university.
