On March 19, Han Yonggang held talks with Li Chenhao, secretary of Shanghai Baoshan District Party Committee, and Qian Guifeng, general manager of Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway Passenger Dedicated Line Co., LTD. The three sides had in-depth exchanges on project construction, integration of industry and city, and reached important consensus on innovating cooperation models and realizing all-round strategic cooperation.
Han Yonggang thanked Shanghai Baoshan District Government and Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway Passenger Dedicated Line Co., Ltd. for their long-term trust and support, and briefly introduced the development of the enterprise in recent years, especially the strategic new layout. He said that CREC4 will increase interaction with the Shanghai region, enhance the overall influence, and continue to strengthen the status of Shanghai region. He hoped that on the basis of participating in the construction of Shanghai-Nanjing section of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu high-speed railway, further expand cooperation areas, constantly the advantages of their whole industrial chain, strengthen docking around comprehensive transportation, station TOD, investment, construction and financing integration development projects, and achieve win-win development.
Qian Guifeng thanked Shanghai Baoshan District Government and CREC4 for their support in the construction of Shanghai-Nanjing Section of Shanghai-Chongqing Railway, and briefly introduced the development history, business scope and future planning of Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway Passenger Dedicated Line Co., LTD.
Li Chenhao welcomed the arrival of Qian and Han. He said that at present, Baoshan District is in accordance with the municipal Party Committee's North-South transformation strategic deployment, and strive to become the northern wing node of Shanghai's service radiation Yangtze River Delta, the new growth pole of northern Shanghai's economic development, will further focus on the promotion of science and technology innovation functions, subdivision of the city's industries, and combined with the construction of high-speed railway Baoshan Station, to create an open hub of North Shanghai. He hoped that the Fourth Railway Bureau of China will continue to deepen the communication and connection with the district government, increase investment, and innovate the development model, and hope that the Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway Passenger Special Line Co., Ltd. will accelerate the construction of the Shanghai-Nanjing section of the Shanghai-Chongqing high-speed railway, especially the Baoshan Station, as an opportunity to help the high-quality development of Baoshan District.
