Liu Bo, Party secretary and chairman of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4), has met and held talks with Hao Jingxiang, chairman of Jilin Provincial Expressway Group Co., Ltd (JPEG), in Changchun, Jilin Province in a bid to boost bilateral relations.
Pan Jihong, assistant general manager of CREC4 and chief of CREC4 Northern China Regional Operations Command, and other leaders from CREC4 Northern China Regional Operations Command, and CREC4 Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd also attended the talks on December 11, 2023.
While noting that CREC4 has maintained its balanced growth momentum in recent years, Liu stressed his company has participated in a number of engineering projects in Jilin, making its due contribution to the transport construction in the province. CREC4 will give full play to its technology and management advantages as a State-owned enterprise, and bolster its exchanges with JPEG, so as to contribute its wisdom and strength during the journey of revitalizing Northeast China, Liu said.
While welcoming Liu and his entourage for the visit, Hao lauded CREC4’s contribution to Jilin’s basic infrastructure, hoping that CREC4 can actively serve as a pioneer in helping perfect the transport infrastructure network in the province, by fully leveraging its advantages of funds, technology, talent, and management, and participating in the construction and development of infrastructure in Jilin in all spheres. He added that by continuing to accelerate the improvement of high-quality infrastructure network, JPEG will actively forge a modern comprehensive transport system that is safe, convenient, efficient, green, and economical in Jilin.
