China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4) has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Hefei, Anhui Province, with China Jing’an Co Ltd, in a bid to boost bilateral ties.
Liu Bo, Party secretary and chairman of CREC4, Shao Gang, deputy general-manager of CREC4 and Jiao Qisen, chairman of China Jing’an Co Ltd attended the signing ceremony on November 28, 2023 at the CREC4 headquarters.
Liu noted that as a landmark unit of the centrally-administered China Railway Group Limited — a World Top 500 enterprise, CREC4 has strong comprehensive strength and brand influence, and its businesses cover 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across the mainland, as well as more than 30 foreign countries such as Angola, Ethiopia, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Mozambique. He hoped that both parties could work together in the future to seize opportunities, give full play to their respective strengths and usher in resources sharing, so as to steadily bolster cooperation to realize greater achievements.
Jiao stressed established in 1986, China Jing’an Co Ltd has a business scope ranging from energy, oil and gas, police equipment, security safeguard and big data. In recent years, China Jing’an has actively ventured into overseas markets and set up close cooperative relationships with partners in Canada, Russia, Brazil, Paraguay, Solomon Islands, Singapore, and some Middle East and Southeast Asian countries. While CREC4 and China Jing’an have their own advantages in different spheres and enjoy wide cooperation prospects, he hoped that in the future, both parties could enhance exchanges and communication, in a bid to jointly bolster the high-quality development of their respective enterprises.
Before the signing ceremony, Liu and Shao accompanied Jiao and his entourage in visiting some relevant exhibition halls at the CREC4 headquarters.
