Builders from China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4), who are undertaking a mammoth real estate project in Hefei worth some 5.475 billion yuan ($760 million), have gained an output vale exceeding 80 million yuan for 21 consecutive weeks by the end of September, 2023.
The achievements of constructors from CREC4 Fourth Engineering Co., Ltd, who are building the Phase III of Bodian Home Garden located in Hefei Xinzhan (New Railway Station) High-tech Industrial Development Zone, also ranked the first in CREC4’s non-railway projects for 26 consecutive weeks in output value.
They started the construction in November 2022 for the Phase III of Bodian Home Garden, which carries a total construction area of 1.07 million square meters with 75 main buildings, and a contract period of 840 days.
The constructors from CREC4 Fourth Engineering Co., Ltd have a target of earning an output vale of 3 billion yuan in 2023, and have reached 2.4 billion yuan so far.
To ensure the smooth progress of the construction work, they arranged 78 tower cranes, 75 hoistway elevators and over 500 hanging baskets to operate simultaneously on-site, and dispatched as much as 3,000 workers when the work was busy.
Upon completion of the Phase III project, a complete ecological and livable area will come into being by linking with the first and second phases of the Bodian Home Garden, leading to the sharing of supporting public service facilities in the whole area.
