Builders from China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4) have been helping upgrade transport in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang Province, helping ensure the successful hosting of the 19th Asian Games in the city.
The 19th Asian Games was successfully held between September 23 and October 8 in the city, with a spectrum of colorful events.
¡¾The Xinzhen Road Station of Hanzhou Metro Line 7.¡¿
Using a method of “green and intelligent”, the CREC4 constructors have been helping build and upgrade a series of infrastructure in Hangzhou, to safeguard the successful hosting of the grand gala.
For railway transport, CREC4 builders have partially participated in the building of the Hanzhou Metro Line 7, dubbed a “designated line for the Asian Games,” which links such key stations at the West Lake, Hangzhou Railway Station, Olympic Sports Center, and Xiaoshan International Airport, perfecting the city’s subway network and facilitating residents’ travel.
¡¾Hanzhou Metro Line 3.¡¿
They also partially participated in the building of Hanzhou Metro Line 3, 5 and 19 (Hangzhou Airport Express), in addition to the construction of Hangzhou West Station EMU Station of Huzhou-Hangzhou Railway and Hangzhou-Fuyang Intercity Railway.
¡¾The 2,061.57-meter-long Xiyi West Roadin Hangzhou.¡¿
For road transport, builders from CREC4 Third Engineering Co., Ltd have helped construct the 2,061.57-meter-long Xiyi West Road, which is a horizontal line amid Hangzhou’s urban fast road transit network of “Four Vertical Lines and Five Horizontal Lines.” And builders from CREC4 First Engineering Co., Ltd have helped construct the 5.88-kilometer-long Reconstruction and Expansion Project of the S304 Yuhang Xiaolin-Tangqi expressway.
Besides helping upgrade transport in Hangzhou, CREC4 constructors also helped to construct Railway S2 in Wenzhou City and No 329 Smart Expressway in Shaoying City — which are also partner hosting cities of the Asian Games.
