With a total construction area of some 440,000 square meters, the project covers 13 individual buildings and is currently the largest public construction project in Wuhu, a prefecture-level city sitting on both banks of the Yangtze River. The C1 area of the No 9 Building has been selected for the casting in the northern area, and CREC4 builders poured an area of 2,320 square meters, using 928 cubic meters of concrete.

As a part of the “Three Lakes” area in WEDA, the project aims to leverage the comprehensive economic and social benefits of the Three Lakes Park system, trying to create an interconnected, shared, and low-carbon scientific and technological innovation park. Upon completion, the center will become a science and technology innovation incubation highland, which is centered on innovative and creative industries and facing the world and the future.
