The Pubei Talent Square, or the Pubei Academy Square built by the China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4), has been opened to the public for use in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to help boost the cultural atmosphere and cultivate more local talent. Pubei is a county under prefecture-level city of Qinzhou.
The Academy Square, covering an area of 4,800 square meters and built by CREC4 Third Engineering Co., Ltd, was put into operation on September 28, 2023 during an unveiling ceremony, which drew participants including some county leaders such as Fang Zhihe, Xu Yang, Zhang Zupei, Wen Jinwen and Wu Xiaolin.
Themed on the local academy culture, the Pubei Academy Square integrates such elements as traditional school construction techniques, pavilions, corridors, rockeries, ground carvings and scenic walls, and creates several zones, such as model exhibition booths, calligraphy corridor square, reading and rest area, and wild mountain and forest areas. It recreates an atmosphere of daily life, learning, and scenic scenes of an academy, by combining education with entertainment.
Upon operation, the project will provide local residents with with a comprehensive cultural square, that displays and inherits the Pubei academy culture, elevates the county’s tourism image and helps propel the development of Pubei.
