Han Yonggang, general manager of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4), has met in Kunming, YunnanProvince with local top business executives, conducting business activities, in addition to conducting field research at CREC4 construction sites.
Han kicked off the business activities and field research between September 4 and5, which was also attended byLi Meng, deputy general manager of CREC4 and director of CREC4 Southwest China Regional Operations Command, and other leaders from CREC4 Southwest China Regional Operations Command, and CREC4 Second Engineering Co., Ltd.
In a meeting on September 5 with Chen Anhui, deputy Party secretary and vice-chairman of CREC Development and Investment Group Co. Ltdwho presides over the company’s Party and Board of Directors work, Han launched discussions with him on deepening bilateral ties and reached a wide range of cooperative consensus.

CREC Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd., which was established in December 2011and registered in Kunming, has a registered capital of 5 billion yuan($694 million) and has businesses covering municipal public engineering, highway engineering and construction engineering.
Han noted that both sides have bright prospects of cooperation, and can widen partnership in such areas as infrastructure construction as well as parks and zones exploration, so as to seize the opportunities offered by national strategies and user in a win-win progress.
Chen hoped that both parties can leverage their advantages in investment, financing, designing, planning, and all industrial chains, and enhance cooperation in engineering construction, industrial development and overseas market exploration.
Also on September 5, Han met with Chi Zhonghua, Party secretary and chairman of Yunnan CommunicationsInvestment &Construction Group Co., Ltd(YCIC), reaching a wide range of major consensus.

Han hoped to greet more bilateral cooperation based on existing partnership and bolster partnership in expressway construction in a bid to usher in innovative and win-win development.
Chi also called for enhanced bilateral cooperation, and more business interaction, so as to explore more partnership in widened spheres.
In another development, Han also conducted a field research on September 4 at CREC4 construction sites on the Kunming section of the Chongqing-Kunming High-speed Railway.

After visiting the construction sites at Shalong Subgrade and Lurongzhuang Tunnel, Han called on the participating staffers to pay attention to four spheres of work. First, trying to create a gem project by safeguarding the smooth construction of the remaining tasks. Second, creating enhanced business in the local region. Third, elevating comprehensive management and control capabilities, so as to step up standardization building. And lastly, continuing to safeguard work safety, in a bid to ensure the orderly progress of the construction work.
