China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd (CREC4) hosted its Mid-year Work Conference for the Year 2023 as well as its first-half economic operations analysis meeting on August 25, during which CREC4 Party secretary and Chairman Liu Bo, and General Manager Han Yonggang made important speeches.
By summarizing the achievements and analyzing existing problems during the past seven months, the meetings aim to re-emphasize and re-deploy the key work for the remaining four months, calling on the CREC4 staffers to work together to fulfill the company’s whole-year tasks.
Other CREC4 leaders who are in Hefei, including Shao Gang, Chen Wei, Zhu Xiaoyong, Wang Tianjun, Wang Chuanyue, Yang Hui, Liu Guang, Liang Chao, Xu Yaoliang, Li Meng and Li Hui, as well as other CREC4 senior executives including Geng Jin, Gong Jianyi, Zhang Jun and Zhang Feng, also attended the meeting at the main venue at CREC4 headquarters. The meeting was presided by Wang Tianjun, a member of the Standing Committee of CPC Committee at CREC4, CREC4 chief accountant and secretary of the CREC4 Board of Directors.
In delivering his speech, Liu Bo noted that during the first seven months of this year, CREC4 has witnessed stable but progressing development in its business operations, scale development, economic advancement, reform and innovations, as well as Party building. He called for six major moves to ensure the successful fulfillment of CREC4’s whole-year work.
First, it is imperative to focus on market operations, so as to boost the company’s high-quality development. Second, it is a must to focus on project management, in a bid to solidify the foundations of CREC4’s high-quality development. Third, it is important to focus on reform and innovations, so as to strengthen the key energies for CREC4’s high-quality development. Fourth, it is necessary to focus on quality upgrade and efficiency enhancement, in a bid to boost operational cash flow and elevate asset management level. Fifth, it is a key task to focus on risk prevention, so as to offer safeguard to CREC4’s high-quality development. And lastly, it is pivotal to focus on Party building leadership, so as to bring about a better development environment and a better surrounding for talent cultivation.
In delivering his speech, Han Yonggang lauded CREC4’s achievements during the first seven months in four aspects covering business expansion, stable growth in business scale, improvement in economic quality, and effective enhancement of brand value. He also called for five major requirements concerning the goals and tasks in the remaining four months. First, enhancing confidence and further improving business output. Second, sticking to development focuses by improving project management and adhering to work safety, quality, and environmental protection. Thirdly, being bold enough in making breakthroughs and perfecting work efficiency. Fourthly, adhering to value creation. And fifthly, stimulating vitality and boosting the image of CREC4.
During the meeting, relevant CREC4 departments briefed the participants on related work covering CREC4’s overall economic situations, material and equipment management, big business management, as well as confidentiality work, while designated CREC4 subsidiaries reported their work.
The meeting also awarded some prominent work teams and work units.
Full-time deputy chiefs of chief accountant, chief engineer, chief economist, leaders of each department of CRCE4 headquarters as well as leaders of CREC4 regional headquarters, business operation centers, subsidiaries were also present at the main venue. Other leaders participated in the meeting at each branch venue via video link.
