Han Yonggang, general manager of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd, has launches a series of business activities in Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang during July 25 and 27, meeting top business executives to boost bilateral ties, while conducing a field research at a CREC4 construction site in Heilongjiang.
Li Mingqian, CREC4 Business Manager and chief of CREC4 North China Regional Operations Command, and other officials from CREC4 North China Regional Operations Command, CREC4 First Engineering Co., Ltd, CREC4 Second Engineering Co., Ltd, CREC4 Eighth Engineering Co., Ltd, CREC4 Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd and CREC4 Urban Rail Transit Engineering Branch Co., Ltd accompanied Han in his activities.
While meeting with Du Yongming, Party secretary and chairman of China Railway Hohhot Group Co., Ltd, on July 25, Han noted that CREC4 has always paid vital attention to the market of Du’s group, taking part in the construction of Zhangjiakou-Hohhot High-speed Railway, Jining-Baotou Railway and Jining-Datong-Yuanping High-speed Railway, and establishing deep friendship with the group. Han hoped that both parties can bolster bilateral cooperation based on existing ties, and widen cooperation spheres, so as to usher in greater achievement.

Du stressed that his group intends to start the construction of Baotou-Ordos High-speed Railway, Jining-Tongliao-Changchun High-speed Railway and Linhe-Hami railway renovation project during the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25) period, aiming to expend the HSR lines to 1,000 kilometers and ordinary railway lines to 15,000 kilometers within the jurisdiction of his group. As a landmark unit of the centrally-administered China Railway Group Limited — a World Top 500 enterprise, CREC4 has strong strength and outstanding performance, with a good reputation within and outside the industry, Du said, hoping that both sides can enhance bilateral ties and jointly boost the railways’ high-quality development, in a bid to greet win-win progress.

Also on July 25, Han met with Li Feng, Party secretary and chairman of Hohhot Urban Transportation Investment and Construction Group Co., Ltd, conducting talks and reaching consensus on deepening ties in such spheres as key transportation infrastructure construction and urban rail transit operation management.
Han stressed that during the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25) period, CREC4 aims to to build itself into an industrial leader, which is known both domestically and internationally as an engineering contractor, urban investment operator, engineering comprehensive service provider, and platform resource integrator in the spheres of transportation infrastructure, urban construction, and the emerging sectors. Han hoped that both sides can continue to leverage each other’s whole industrial chain advantages, and speed up cooperation in more fields.
Li noted that his group has a business scope covering key transport infrastructure construction, urban rail transit operation management, TOD (transit-oriented development) property exploration and photovoltaic new energy industry. Li hoped that both parties can explore new cooperation modes on the basis of existing cooperation, and launch in-depth pragmatic cooperation in more fields and higher levels, in a bid jointly achieve win-win development.
Also on July 25, Han met with Xilin, Party secretary and chairman of Inner Mongolia Water Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. Han noted that CREC4 will give into play its advantages in the entire industry chain in investment and resources, and launch multi-channel comprehensive cooperation with the group in such areas as flood control, power generation, and river management, so as to usher in common development.

On July 26, Han held talks with Li Xiongfei, Party secretary and general manager of Heilongjiang Railway Development Group Co., Ltd. Han hoped that both sides can bolster cooperation based on existing friendly cooperation and seek new cooperation modes, in a bid to elevate joint development onto a higher level.

On July 27, Han held talks with Jiang Hui, general manager of China Railway Harbin Group Co., Ltd, reaching consensus on cooperation in key project construction. Han stressed that CREC4 will continue to give into full play itself advantages in management, capital and technology, so as to further take part in the overall project construction of Jiang’s group, and make greater contribution to the local railway construction.

Also on July 27, Han conducted a field research at a CREC4 construction site of the No 2 bid on Harbin-Yichun High-speed Railway.
Han visited the subgrade section of DK32, as well as bridge deck accessories on the super bridge traversing the Suihua-Jiamusi Railway, and called on the CREC4 builders to pay attention to project quality, work safety and talent cultivation, so as to realize greater progress in the local region through quality project.
