Liu Bo, Party secretary and chairman of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4), has met with senior leaders from Anhui Province Salt Industry Investment Holding Group Co. Ltd (or Ahsalt for short), conducting friendly exchanges in Hefei at CREC4 headquarters.
Liu Guang, deputy general manager of CREC4, also attended Liu Bo’s meeting on July 18 with Luo Taizhong, Party secretary and chairman of Ahsalt, Wang Sijun, deputy Party secretary and
general manager of Ahsalt, and Wang Qi, a member of Standing Committee of the CPC Committee at Ahsalt and deputy general manager of Ahsalt.
While briefing the guests on CREC4’s overall situation, Liu Bo noted that in aiming for a “landmark bureau” of parent company China Railway Group Limited with outstanding businesses both at home and abroad, CREC4 has been expanding and solidifying its advantageous sectors of railways, highways, housing construction, municipal projects and urban rail transit, and actively widening its emerging business sectors. He hoped that both sides can strengthen communication and exchanges, and conduct high-level cooperation in such spheres as environmental comprehensive governance, urban reconstruction, real estate development, logistics and trade, so as to jointly make new contributions to the economic and social development of Anhui Province.
Luo stressed that as a large State-owned enterprise of Anhui Province, his group has formed a business mode of focusing on environmental technology, salt product trade and real estate development as the main business while engaging in other businesses like steel trade and hotel management. With 15 directly affiliated (holding) companies, his group has a total asset exceeding 13 billion yuan ($1.8 billion) by the end of 2022. As a most power landmark unit of the centrally-administered CREC — a World Top 500 enterprise, CREC4 has obvious advantages in the entire industrial chain, Luo said, adding that he hoped that both parties can closely communicate to enhance cooperation, and jointly promote cooperative projects into practice in a bid to realize win-win development.
Before the talks, Liu Bo and Liu Guang also accompanied the guests in visiting related cultural museums at CREC4 headquarters.
