Li Sheng, secretary of Huanggu District Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) who also acts as the CPC Working Committee at Provincial Capital Economic Development Zone, and Liu Bo, Party secretary and chairman of CREC4, attended the signing ceremony at CREC4 headquarters on June 27, which also drew the participation of Li Mingqian, CREC4 business manager and chief of CREC4 North China Regional Operations Command.

While briefing the guests on CREC4’s overall situation and its business operations in Liaoning, Liu noted that as a landmark unit of the centrally-administered China Railway Group Limited — a World Top 500 enterprise, CREC4 is one of the country’s few construction enterprises and the sole Anhui-based construction company with the top qualification of “Four Specialties Grades and Seven Grade-A Certificates.” For a long time, CREC4 has always paid high attention in developing the market in Liaoning, which is dubbed the “cradle of New China’s industry.” Currently, CREC4 has some expressway, metro line, water conservancy work, and urban reconstruction projects under construction in Shenyang, the provincial capital of Liaoning.

Li Sheng stressed that located in northwestern Shenyang, and with its profound historical and cultural heritage and modern cultural resources, Huanggu District is one of the central urban areas of Shenyang, and serves as the administrative, economic and cultural center of Liaoning, as well as a science, technology and education center. He hoped that with the agreement, both parties can full play to their respective advantages, and launch cooperation in such spheres as housing construction, municipal public works, water environmental protection, rural revitalization and urban reconstruction, in a bid to help boost the rapid economic development of Huanggu.

Prior to the signing ceremony, Li Pengqian accompanied Li Sheng in visiting related museums and cultural facilities at CREC4 headquarters.
