The No 1 building for the newly-built mansion project of Chinese embassy in Angola, undertaken by China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4), has witnessed its topping-out.
Chinese Ambassador Gong Tao and other Chinese diplomatic staff, relevant employees from CREC4 Angola, CREC4 Municipal Engineering Co Ltd as well as representatives from the project administration and management agency attended a ceremony on November 26 to celebrate the top-out.
During the event, Ambassador Gong Tao, and representatives from the project development organization, the project builder and the project administration and management unit poured the last cubic meter of concrete for the building, ushering in the full top-out for the No 1 Building.
The newly-built mansion project of Chinese embassy in Angola was developed and invested by the Department of Administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and undertaken by CREC4, and is also a major overseas project for CREC4 which has been developing for many years in Angola.
The CREC4 builders noted they will bolster the acceptance and completion of the project with higher quality and a faster speed with a top sense of mission.
