Builders from China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4) completed pouring the first raft slab for Fengmeiju (Feng’s Beautiful Mansion) Resettlement Housing project on October 8 in Xi’an City, marking the No 3 Building officially entered its main construction stage.
It has been learned that the project, undertaken by CREC4 Sixth Engineering Co., Ltd, is the first housing project in Shaanxi Province for CREC4. Located in Fengdong New City under Xixian New District of Xi’an, provincial capital of Shaanxi, the project has a total planned land area of 77.89 mu (5.19 hectares). Composed of nine residential buildings, underground garages, auxiliary buildings, community roads, pipe networks and landscape, it has a total construction area of 209,953.72 square meters.
Upon completion, the project can provide 1,076 units of housing to residents as the placement of their previous housing. It can play a major role in improving the housing conditions of low-income urban residents, beautifying the surrounding environment and bolstering the overall image of Xi’an.
