In 2016, during the implementation of overseas contract projects, CTCE Group not only contributed a number of high-quality projects and beneficial projects such as Ethiopia Addis Ababa-Djibouti railway, Luanda General Hospital and the No.2 Nalaha-Choir Highway Engineering Project but also improved the local transportation capacity, improved the public living conditions, speeded up economic and trade exchanges between the host country and surrounding countries, promoted the local economic prosperity and development, and actively offered employment opportunities for local people. In the full year, CTCE Group employed nearly 1,000 local workers for its overseas projects.
