China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4) has launched its high-end intelligent construction headquarters project in prefecture-level city of Nantong in Jiangsu Province, marking a major progress in CREC4’s “productive forces layout” readjustment strategy and laying a solid foundation for building it into a world first-class construction enterprise in a high-quality and accelerated manner.
The undertaking was included in a group launching ceremony for 36 key projects for the 2023 Spring Festival held by Chongchuan District on January 30, covering 29 industrial projects and seven projects for key urban construction and social establishments.
Among the 29 industrial projects divided into seven sub-categories, there are five major manufacturing projects, four major services-oriented projects, two major foreign-invested projects, three projects carrying “specialization, refinement, characteristic and novelty” features, 12 scientific and technological innovation projects, four talent-cultivation projects, and three high-rise building projects.
The CREC4 High-end Intelligent Construction Headquarters project has been characterized as a services-oriented as well as a major foreign-invested project.
The successful launching of the foundation ceremony of the CREC4 High-end Intelligent Construction Headquarters project, which is a major achievement of strategic cooperation between Nantong and CREC4, is of vital significance in bolstering the comprehensive strategic cooperation ties, and enhancing coordinated development between the two sides.
