Liu Bo, Party secretary and chairman of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd (CREC4), has attended a mobilization meeting to start building a new campus in Hefei, capital of Anhui Province, and made a speech calling for a high-quality project.
Yu Aihua, a member of the Standing Committee of Anhui Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and secretary of CPC Hefei Municipal Committee, also attended the mobilization meeting on December 20, declaring the commencement of constructing the new campus of Hefei Municipal Party School of the CPC (Hefei Academy of Governance).
Chen Aijun, executive vice-president of the school and Party secretary of Anhui College of Economics and Management, and other Hefei leaders including Chen Xiaobo, Ge Jianrong, Shan Hu and Xu Hua also took part in the mobilization meeting, which drew nearly 100 representatives from Hefei government agencies, the Party school, the design unit, the construction supervising unit and the construction units as well.
Delivering a speech on behalf of the construction units, Liu Bo noted that it is imperative to accelerate project construction, build high-quality projects, and create a harmonious atmosphere through green construction.
With a planned land area of some 182,700 square meters and a total building area of about 143,000 square meters, the new campus project is situated in the core area of Hefei Canal New City. It includes the administrative, teaching and research complex buildings, academic lecture halls, dormitories, expert buildings, libraries, catering centers, sports centers and related ancillary buildings.
