Liu Bo, Party secretary and chairman of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd (CREC4), has met in Chengdu of Sichuan Province with top business leaders recently, conducting series of business activities on deepening bilateral cooperation.
In a meeting on November 4 with Feng Dingqing, Party secretary and chairman of China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Liu launched in-depth exchanges with him, reaching consensus on deepening bilateral cooperation.
While briefing Feng on CREC4’s overall development in recent years, Liu noted that CREC4 has attached vital importance to the railway market, and has been awarded Class A qualifications for 31 times in the credit evaluation of railway construction enterprises. He hoped to bolster cooperation with China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group and take part in key railway projects in an all-round way, so as to make contributions to railway construction in Southwest China.
While welcoming Liu and entourage for the visit, Feng also briefed the guests on his group’s basic situations and its engineering projects. Feng noted that he sincerely welcomes the in-depth participation of his group’s projects by CREC4, which has strong strength, a good reputation, as well as the abilities to succeed without fear of any difficulties. He hoped that CREC4 can utilize its most advanced technology, best management skills and most mature experiences to help propel the construction of railway projects in southwestern China, and the two parties can also enhance cooperation in Party building and brand construction, in a bid to usher in win-win development.
In another development, Liu also met in Chengdu on November 4 with Liang Hua, Party secretary and chairman of Datang Tibet Energy Development Co., Ltd., and Shen Peng, the company’s general manager. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on deepening mutually beneficial cooperation and reached important strategic consensus.
Datang Tibet Energy Development belongs to China Datang Corporation Ltd, large scale State-owned power generation enterprise which was founded on December 29, 2002 and is headquartered in Beijing.
While extending his thanks to Datang Tibet Energy Development for the warm reception, Liu also notified the two leaders on CREC4’s overall situation. Liu noted that with a goal building itself into a new era clean energy demonstration enterprise of “serving the national strategy and leading the way in hydropower technological development,” Datang Tibet Energy Development has been adhering to a new development philosophy and comprehensively promoting its high-quality development. He said CREC4 is fully willing to join hands with Datang Tibet Energy Development in innovating development ideas, and seizing green development opportunities, so as to fully participate in new energy development and construction, speed up strategic cooperation and usher in high-quality development.
While extending his warm welcome to the guests, Liang also expressed his full appreciation to CREC4’s high-quality development in recent years. He stressed that CREC4 has marked comprehensive strength, extensive business coverage, strong management abilities and ample technical talents, and it a pioneer in its development quality. CREC4 is the target of strategic cooperation for many entities, he said. While exploring new ideas for energy development based on its core philosophy and actively participating in the development and construction of new energy projects in the Tibet Autonomous Region, Datang Tibet Energy Development hopes to launch all-round cooperation with CREC4 in such spheres as investment business and clean energy, so that both sides can work together for mutual benefit and win-win achievements.
Leaders from CREC4 Southwest China Regional Operations Command and CREC4 Second Engineering Co., Ltd also accompanied Liu in the two meetings.
