Liu Bo, Party secretary and chairman of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd (CREC4), has met in Shenyang of Liaoning Province with local government officials and business leaders during October 25 and 26, conducting in-depth exchanges on deepening bilateral cooperation.
While conducting talks with Shenyang Vice-Mayor Liu Xuhui on October 25, Liu Bo extended his sincere thanks for the long-term trust and support from the city on CREC4, and briefed the vice-mayor on CREC4’s overall development during the past two years as well as its existing construction work in Shenyang. He noted that with its remarkable geographical advantages and its strong radiance, Shenyang will witness bright development potential in the future. The CREC4 chairman voiced his hope that his company will enhance strategic cooperation with Shenyang in such spheres as engineering construction, logistics and trade, investment and development, urban renovation and employment, thus fully serving the city’s economic and social development.
While welcoming Liu and his entourage for the visit, the vice-mayor briefed the guests on Shenyang’s overall situation and future development plans. He stressed that while speeding up construction of “one hub plus four centers” to bolster its connection with the outside regions, Shenyang is aiming for a vital driver in spurring the full revitalization of Liaoning as well as Northeast China. Noting that CREC4 is a landmark unit of the centrally-administered China Railway Group Limited, he welcomed CREC4 in deepening its construction work in Shenyang, and launching all-round cooperation in such fields as investment and development, engineering construction, water environmental protection, real estate and city renovation, so as to achieve win-win progress both sides.
Meanwhile, Liu Bo also held talks on October 25 with Shi Jian, director of Shenyang Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, and Chen Dawei, director of Shenyang Municipal Transport Bureau, conducting in-depth exchanges on deepening bilateral cooperation.
Shi hoped both parties can usher in extensive cooperation in clean energy, sponge city and intelligent buildings construction, as well as renovation of old residential areas, in a bid to seek win-win development.
Chen hoped CREC4 can better participate in the construction of the traffic system for an interconnected metropolitan area in Shenyang, thus jointly making contribution to the city’s integrated transport system during the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25).
In another development, the CREC4 chairman also conducted talks with Ba Fang, Party secretary and chairman of Shenyang Metro Group on October 26. Previously named Shenyang Metro Co Ltd which was set up in 2004, the company was renamed Shenyang Metro Group Co., Ltd. In July 2011.
While extending his thanks for the group’s warm reception, Liu briefed Ba on the overall development during the past two years of CREC4, which has embarked in the building of a large number of metro lines in Shenyang. He hoped both parties can bolster bilateral cooperation and wide the scope of partnership, so as to usher in win-win high-quality development.
While welcoming Liu and his entourage for the visit, Ba stressed that CREC4 has strong development potential and a good brand, witnessing steady progress in all aspects while building Shenyang Metro’s projects. He hoped that both sides can carry forward their traditional friendship, improve their existing partnership, and work together for mutually beneficial development.
Leaders from CREC4 Northern China Regional Operations Command, CREC4 Fifth Engineering Co., Ltd, CREC4 Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd and CREC4 Eighth Engineering Co., Ltd also attended the talks.
