Builders from China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREC4) completed pouring the first raft slab for Fengmingyuan (Feng’s Bright Garden) Resettlement Housing project on October 12 in Xi’an City, marking the No 6 Building officially entered its main construction stage.
It has been learned that the project, located in Fengdong New City under Xixian New District of Xi’an, provincial capital of Shaanxi, has a total planned land area of 110.39 mu (7.36 hectares). Composed of 15 residential buildings, underground garages, auxiliary buildings, community roads, pipe networks and landscape, it has a total construction area of 302451.38 square meters.
Upon completion, the project can provide some 1,990 units of housing to residents as the placement of their previous housing. It can play a major role in improving the housing conditions of low-income urban residents, beautifying the surrounding environment and bolstering the overall image of Xi’an.
