Stateowned China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group (CTCE) has restarted a key project in Ulan Bator, capital of Mongolia, in a bid to help bolster economic growth. Twentyfour technicians have arrived to guide CTCE employees stationed there to resume construction of the new central waste water treatment plant, a key Belt and Road undertaking, dubbed Mongolia’s “No 1 Project,” which will benefit 45 percent of the country’s residents upon completion.
