In the 1990s, CTCE Group had been a forerunner that had the courage to develop overseas market under the complex environment of international competition. In 1997, CTCE Group had signed the contract of Railway Overhaul and Modification Works in Nigeria. This project was located in the northern area of the western railway of Nigeria. It starts from Zaria to Ngoulou with a total length of 370 kilometers. There are 23 stations, 10 bridges and 200 culverts. CTCE Group had been as a “people person” in Africa because of the completion with high quality and efficiency.
